Run by Andrew Crossley, product leader and founder
A practical business club where people work on real businesses, solve problems and make measurable progress.
Four working sessions a month. Bring an idea or an existing business and leave each week with something completed.
One month, four working sessions. Every session ends with something finished rather than something noted.
| Week | Event | Purpose | Attendee leaves with |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Coffee to Customer | Turn an idea into something people might buy | A validated problem, customer and offer |
| 2 | BYOB — Bring Your Own Business | Bring a real business challenge for group and expert input | A clear action plan |
| 3 | AI Business Lab | Use AI to improve, automate or build something useful | A working asset, process or prototype |
| 4 | Customer Growth Sprint | Work on attracting and converting customers | Completed outreach, content or a campaign |
The club runs on a four week rotation. Coffee to Customer introduces people to the club, and the other sessions are the reason they keep coming back.
Members can attend all four. Single tickets are available for any session.
After the launch month, the two formats with the strongest attendance run most often and the others rotate around them.
Simple pricing. Come once, or join and use every session.

Some businesses need deeper work than a morning allows. These are the ways I work with founders and teams directly.
A practical business club where people work on real businesses, solve problems and make measurable progress. It runs four formats on a monthly rotation: Coffee to Customer, BYOB (Bring Your Own Business), AI Business Lab and Customer Growth Sprint.
No. Coffee to Customer is built for people with an idea rather than a business. BYOB, the AI Business Lab and the Customer Growth Sprint suit people who are already trading.
Bring Your Own Business. You bring a real business challenge — pricing, customers, your website, product, AI or sales — and leave with a diagnosed problem and a clear action plan.
A single event is £20. Monthly membership covering all four sessions is £59, or £39 per month for the first 20 founding members. A first guest visit is £10, or free when you come with a member.
Reserve your place online at no cost and settle on the day or by invoice. Online checkout is coming, but a place is confirmed the moment you reserve it.
Week one is Coffee to Customer, week two is BYOB, week three is the AI Business Lab and week four is the Customer Growth Sprint. Members can attend all four. After the launch month, the strongest formats run most often.
Sessions are deliberately small, usually a maximum of twelve people, so everybody gets time on their own business.
Tell me which sessions you want and I will email you the dates as they are confirmed, along with the founding member offer.
