A practical startup morning with Andrew Crossley

    Coffee to Customer

Turn your business idea into a clear offer and a practical route to your first customers before lunch.

Bring an idea, a problem you want to solve or simply the ambition to start something.

I will guide you through the decisions that turn early thinking into a business people may genuinely want.

    See What I Will Create

A small working session with practical guidance, honest feedback and a completed action plan.

An idea is not a business until it reaches a customer

Many people carry a business idea for months or even years.

They think about names, websites, features and logos but never reach the people who might actually buy.

Others want to start something but do not know which idea to choose or where to begin.

Coffee to Customer is designed to move you from uncertainty into action.

You will spend the morning making real decisions about the customer, problem, offer, price, product and route to market.

This is not a morning of passive presentations. You will work on your own business throughout the session.

    Leave with more than notes

By the end of the morning, you will have a practical one page business blueprint containing:

    Not another networking morning

Traditional networking events can produce interesting conversations, but people often leave without knowing what to do next.

Coffee to Customer is a working session.

You will talk to other people, but the purpose is not to collect business cards.

The purpose is to leave with a clearer business and a practical next step.

    Think clearly
    Make decisions
    Leave with a plan

    What happens during the morning

This morning is for you if

You have an idea but do not know where to begin.

You want to build an additional source of income around your existing job or skills.

You are a freelancer who wants to turn a service into a clearer product.

You have started a business but feel stuck between the idea and finding customers.

You want to start something but need help choosing a useful problem to solve.

This is a practical product and business planning session. It does not promise guaranteed income, investment or instant business success.

    Guided by The Crossley Method

The session uses the early principles of The Crossley Method, my framework for taking products from an uncertain idea towards customer evidence and first revenue.

You will clarify the problem, research the customer, assess the opportunity, shape the offer and define the smallest valuable product.

Your Product Leader for the Morning

I spent ten years in sales before moving into product leadership, including experience connected with Just Eat, Sage and Echo U.

That meant I learned how buyers behave before I learned how to write a product specification.

Since then, I have built products as a founder and helped turn early ideas into focused offers, working products and routes towards revenue.

During Coffee to Customer, I will act as the Product Leader for the room.

I will ask the difficult questions, challenge unclear assumptions and help each person leave with a more focused plan.

    Frequently asked questions

No. You can arrive with an idea, a problem you want to solve or the ambition to start something. Part of the morning can help you decide what is worth exploring.

Stop carrying the idea. Start testing it.

Bring your curiosity, your experience and the problem you want to solve.

Leave with a customer, an offer and a plan.
